Smoothie

I look so forward to my smoothie every morning after my workout, so I thought I would share the recipe!

In a blender, blend:
1/2 c water
1/2 c skim milk
1 scoop whey protein powder - strawberry flavored (I get mine at Hy-Vee)
1/2 c blueberries
1 banana

It is soooo good!
