Day 1 of my second challenge = not perfect but pretty good!!
* I had NO pop today!!!
* I am on my third 32oz water bottle.
* I had a Lemon Salmon recipe so I baked that along with a delicious side salad tonight. I didn't eat a lot of the salmon, but had half of it and it wasn't too bad.
I did dig into the Easter candy today - not good! And I did still graze, but some of the times, it was on fruit or veggies and when it wasn't, I stopped myself. I hope this good start only leads to even better days of healthy eating!!!
