Initial Testing: Part 2

We had initial testing on Saturday.  I was still nervous!  I'm on the owners team - 3 coaches and 4 assistants.  I think it's safe to say that I WILL be held accountable this time.

Weight: I was down another pound from when I ended the last challenge.
Body Comp: up .1.  Not a surprise considering what I have been snacking on again.
Sit & Reach: the same.
Push ups (full) in a minute: up 3 from the end of the last challenge.  31.  Not too shabby :)
Sit ups (full) in a minute: up 3 (I think).  41.  Again not too bad for me.
Mile: 9:02.  I felt like I crushed it because I was in the front group and haven't ran since last October.  And I'm a 10 minute miler.  It was cold and windy though so I felt like crap afterwards!!  But it's done...

My Goals:
* Down 20 pounds this challenge.  Body Comp at least down to 25 (I would like to get it below).  Plan suppers and try a new recipe or two every week.  Incorporate more fish and veggies.  And a few others, but those are my specifics!  As you can see, my goals are around double what I accomplished last time.  Nothing like setting the bar high this time.

  1. We love the salmon and tilapia from costco. Steve said the mahi-mahi was good too but I haven't tried it. Even Presley will eat fish!
