The results are in:
Weight: down 7 pounds
Body Comp: down 2
Push ups (full): up 5
Sit ups (full): up 16
Sit and Reach: increased 1 1/2 inches
Total inches lost: almost 2 inches (I wish I would have had my waist measured because that's where I notice the change the most).
I can't tell a difference in my Before & After pictures. Saturday morning I was so proud of myself for finishing the challenge and at least having some results. By the end of the party on Saturday night, I felt like a complete failure. A LOT of people had AMAZING results. I was mad at myself, I was mad at my coach, I was jealous of the other teams who were actually a team. I had to just get out of there. Chris and I tried to go out afterwards, but I really just wanted to go home. I was a party pooper. I feel like I need to seclude myself and just figure out how to stop being my own worst enemy. I need to do this better... and faster....
