Week 2 in the books

Goals update for week 2:

* My body was definitely more tired the 2nd week.  On Wednesday, my legs felt like lead. 
* I had a headache from Wednesday through Friday and I actually missed class on Thursday morning because of it.  I didn't feel guilty since I didn't feel well, but I was ready to get in there again on Friday.
* I allowed myself to snack more.  I came up with excuses to make it ok.  This is not ok and I will do better this week!
* I did try a new recipe each week.  The first one was from the manual they gave us.  The smoke detector went off like 5x during that episode.  I think I'll wait until I can grill the steak.  :)  Last week we tried ground turkey for the first time.  I mixed it in with the lean ground beef for spaghetti.  It wasn't bad.  Probably an acquired taste!
* I still feel fantastic.  I actually caught myself thinking 'I don't even care if I don't lose weight I just feel so good'.  Clearly I need to lose weight, but I love how wonderful and strong I feel.
* Although I do feel great, I do try and nap.  I feel like I need it.  So on my days off and weekends, I lay down when Brady does.  That's used to be the time I would clean, etc, so I feel like I am getting behind on things, but I do need my sleep!
* My alarm starts going off at 4, then my phone alarm goes off at 4:05am, and I have been hitting snooze, so lately I've been getting up a little later (4:15) and not getting to class until 4:45. 
* Stats: my coach checked my weight and body fat comp today.  I am down 4 pounds and for body fat, I am down almost 1 point.  She said that goes down slower, but since it's outrageously high, I want to see that go down fast.  :)
