I am frustrated with this blog! Now it's not even giving me the option to upload photos. I have some pictures of Brady I want to post so I need to figure this out. Again....
Goals update!!!:
* I feel fantastic. It's so amazing to me that I spent all those years working out and being frustrated, and after one week at Goals, I feel so incredibly healthy, happy and positive.
* I do not feel exhausted like I thought I would. I did take a nap on Thursday and a good one on Sunday though. But, I do make it through the days ok!
* I've FINALLY realized that I need to view myself "as is", not as who I used to be.
* Although I love the workouts, I need to remember my primary goal is to re-learn how to eat. The right way, the right foods in the right combinations.
* BE INTENTIONAL. The series right now in church is called All In. The pastor said that we need to be intentional in our actions. This phrase has stuck, and at 4:25 in the morning as I'm driving, I'm cold and I'm tired, I think - 'your being intentional Heidi'. Yay me. :)
* Oh yes, the best part. Although I had to weigh myself on the other scale today (they recommend using the same one), I am down not only the two pounds I fluctuated up to in the beginning, but two more. Woohoo!!!
YAY HEIDI!! Good for you! This is awesome and I can't wait to hear all about it when we get together again! I'm so proud of you for doing this - and in a class of 60! I've become a crowd-a-phobe and was thinking of doing something similar but then chickened out because of the new year's rush. Maybe in March?? Ha. Anyway, I'm proud of you and can't wait to see you again!
