I'm a little frustrated this week, although this is what happened in the middle of the week last week too. I weighed myself yesterday (and again today because I'm freaking out), and I have fluctuated up 2 pounds. I get the whole muscle weighs more, blah blah blah. I'm frustrated because I am working out harder than I ever have, more days then I ever have, early in the morning which is supposed to be great for your metabolism too. I'm making better food choices, eating way less, and yes, I am not a perfect eater, but shouldn't the combination of the above make the weight just start to come off more quickly?? I need to stay focused, but it's really hard not to dwell and freak out.
And here are a few more pictures of Brady. We had an awesome moment yesterday - he went potty in his potty chair!!!
This is where he originally decided he wanted to sit on his potty chair. He usually just uses it as a step stool to reach the sink in the bathroom, so at least he was sitting on it for once. It was just not where I expected to find him. :)
His 'latest and greatest' new idea: move the chairs to the CD player and try to put on the music. It's pretty cute until last night I discovered this also relates to moving the kitchen chair up to the bar so he can reach whatever is on the bar. He is growing up way too fast!!!
