Ok, so Brady has scared the heck out of me lately!! I was letting him cry for awhile to see if he would go back to sleep. I went up to check on him and he was STANDING up in the crib, gripping the bars as if his life depended on it and screaming his head off. I about had a heart attack. Although I'm hoping he'll do it again so I can get a picture of it. :) There is nothing like seeing your baby literally standing on his own like that. He looked so grown up. That night, the mattress went down to the bottom level. Unfortunately, this makes it tough for short people (me) to lay him down and pick him up, but I'd rather have him be safe!!!
And the love affair that Brady is having with Drake continues. They seem to be together a lot lately.

And we bought a video camera tonight! It was literally painful to spend the money, but after watching him talk to himself in the mirror, I knew we had to get one to catch that on tape! Here are a few of his "busy" moments.
"Mom, did you know that this part of the fireplace comes off?"
"I think I'll play with the rug instead of my toys today"
