At first I thought it was creepy. He asked if he could give me some tips on lifting weights, and I was a little creeped out that he had been watching me. After awhile, I was annoyed. I have always worked out alone. I just turn up my music and mind my own business, so to have someone talking to me during my lifts was rather annoying. And then I decided that it was just nice. It was nice to get free advice on lifting and health since lifting weights is my favorite type of workout. It was nice to not be invisible for once. It was nice to be motivated again and to feel like I was actually doing something and pushing myself. The days that I lift weights I get an amazing workout now. I love it! Today, I maxed on the bench at 105 pounds. The most ever and it felt great. Hopefully this will jump start my weight loss again since I have stalled out for so long....
And on a side note, here is a picture of Brady from the other night:
Who doesn't need their flask when they eat supper? :)
