1. Would you prefer having people over for dinner or going to their house? I love having people over, but we never do.
2. Favorite Bible verse and why? I love the saying 'Before I knew you, you were Loved'. I have it written on Brady's bedroom wall. I also love 'This is the day the Lord has made'. Our Pastor states it with such enthusiasm that it makes you believe it and appreciate each day!
3. What was the first concert you ever attended, and the most recent one? Well, since we were never allowed to go to concerts until after high school, my first one was the summer after my senior year. Chris and I went to The Wallflowers at the State Fair. The most recent one.. Hmm... Going to concerts was one of the things I gave up to stay home so it's been awhile. Probably George Strait and Reba? My favorite ever was a free concert by Brad Paisley at Prairie Meadows before he was big. It was gorgeous out, we had seats right next to him and just sat there and had a few drinks and enjoyed the nice weather and music.
4. The year is 2025. What are you doing, and what have you done? I'm sure I'll be working, so I am PRAYING that I find a job in which I have an interest and passion for (such as social work). I do not ever want to sit behind a desk at a meaningless job again. I hope I have lived life and had some amazing experiences by that year. I have a lot of places I want us to travel to. I want to cross some things off of my bucket list by then too!!
5. What's your favorite Easter treat? Jelly beans. Duh... :)
