Cousins!!

We made our first big trip this weekend out to Omaha.  Brady was an excellent little traveler.  He didn't make a peep out there or back.  Hopefully this doesn't ever change!  We kenneled Drake and of course he didn't approve of that.  She said he didn't sleep that whole night and he was pretty tired and sore when we picked him up.  Even tonight he is slow at getting up off the floor.  I'm sure he would be happy if we never kenneled him again.

Anyways, it was great to meet our new nephew Matthew.  I caught myself almost calling him Thomas once in awhile since I am so used to saying Thomas.  That will take some getting used to!  It was amazing how much heavier and bigger Brady felt/looked next to Matthew considering they are only a month apart.  And Thomas was very entertaining - he told me to go bring Brady up to Chris so we could go play basketball.  He is at a fun stage and I love listening to him talk.  I made a comment about what a slow diaper changer I am and he said "You're a good diaper changer".  Thank you Thomas!!  :)  He is a very helpful and funny little guy.  Here are a few pictures from our trip...

I heard rumors that we might be going to Carroll this week to hopefully welcome our niece into the Mart family.  I can't wait to hold her & get carried away buying little girl things.  I also plan to spend a few days in Carroll with Brady so our families can spend time with him.  I'm really looking forward to that - it's been months since we have been home!!
