Big Summer and change...

Kindergarten has been a big adjustment.  I think we are getting there because he has good days, but drop off is actually getting harder each day.  It makes it harder for me when he clings more, cries, and won't stop giving me kisses and hugs. Nothing makes me happier than seeing him at the end of the day and getting a huge hug from him.  I love that kid so much!  Today on the way to school he told me that he "misses the good old days, like preschool".  Life was so good for the past five years, for the both of us...

Brady had a big summer.  We took the training wheels off of his bike, he lost a tooth, he did water slides and the diving board, we flew for vacation, we redecorated his bedroom into a super hero one, we had pool passes, play group, baseball, we went to Adventureland, Blank Park Zoo, Honey Creek Resort and the Omaha zoo.  We mini golfed and did glow golf.  As the end winded down, it was hard.  The last time at Backyard Adventures, the last swim of the summer and having pool passes, the last play group.....  Ughh.....  Change is good, but hard!!!
