My boo turned 4 months old yesterday. My mom called to wish him a Happy 4 Month Birthday and I hadn't even realized it was the 10th! I knew it was coming up, and for some reason was still surprised that he is actually a 4 MONTH OLD. A baby grows so fast and learns so much within four months. Remembering the feeling of looking down at that sweet little face in the hospital four months ago and knowing that I was his mommy - what a heart melting feeling. It still is. Then watching him react to our voices and follow us. And being so proud of him for just being able to lift his head and think of what a strong little guy he was. And before we knew it he was jabbering, rolling over and grabbing his feet (with the intent of trying to eat them I think!). He is always looking around and is really paying attention to new things like the decorations on his walls in his room and even Drake.
Brady has already taught me a few life lessons.
1. Always smile when you see someone you love. Brady's smiles are so big and so frequent. It would be silly to question his love for you when you are getting those "crinkle your nose - eyes are even smiling" smiles.
2. It's ok to just take time to cuddle. Doing things aren't nearly as important or make you feel as loved as snuggling on the couch together. We all know time goes way to fast, so treasure every second together.
3. Finally, Brady has taught me that even when you are laying in a diaper full of poop, it's still ok to be happy. Someone will come along and help you clean up your mess. Messes / problems are temporary, so clean up and move on!!

Awe, he's so cute! Wow, 4 months already?!?! I forget that they are really only about 3 wks apart. Good job keeping your blog up to date....I was just working on a '4 month' post for mine. I hope to have it posted before his 5 month birthday. ;o)
