100th Day of School

Found this gem on Waukee Elementary 's Facebook page. 😉 I wish you could see the socks over the pants and slippers.  So cute.

Special friend

Brady and McKinley have been friends since the first day of school.   Apparently we can't move because when they get married they are going to live in our house!!!!???!!   They are cute together.  She came to his birthday party, draws him pictures, makes him bracelets and their teacher caught her helping Brady put on his old man glasses.   :)  She came over to play Saturday morning because I promised Brady that I would make an effort to have his friends over.

New Sport

Brady wanted to try basketball this year.  He's never played before but had a great attitude and likes it!!  Little kids are so cute to watch!

Great Wolf Lodge

Brady has been wanting to go to Legoland and Great Wolf Lodge for what seems like years now.  And it has been years since just us three got away.  Lucky for us, Santa brought a GWL gift certificate so we headed to KC a few weekends ago.  We were only there for like 26 hours, but we had a BLAST.  We will be going every year in January!
