Brady

This blog was originally created to keep my family in the loop on Brady.  It's become my soapbox!  Since I am completely uninspired on my own little challenge and frankly sometimes really do not like "putting myself out there", I am redirecting this blog to be about Brady.....

This smile....  I hope he forever finds joy in life!!

He loves bowling and begged for weeks to go!  So last weekend we took him and this just gives you a glimpse of the goofy faces he loves to make.

Pre-bowling snack - Rice Krispie bars (only he decided he just wanted the M&M's).

My goofball....  :)

I sent an email to his teacher to touch base with how he is doing in school (with listening, socially, etc) and here is her email:

Brady is doing wonderful at school!! He has a great attention span during group activities & story time.  Many times boys  have a little extra energy to get rid of & have a difficult time staying focused, but I don't see that in Brady at all. He seems very mature & is always very well mannered & always follows class rules! He does a great job of respecting friends & teachers, and always seems to be in happy/easy going spirits! He has also started singing more during our songs! He does a great job of interacting with his peers as well! His favorite little friend to play with is Colin. Did he by chance know Colin before school? He is a little super star & I very much enjoy having him in class! :)

I was so ecstatic when I read this.  I knew he was a great kid around me, but it's so wonderful to see he's such an awesome kid when I'm not around!  And yes, he has known Colin since they were like one / one and a half years old.  :)  They are buddies!

Love Him So Much

I know I am 110% biased, but he is so darn cute....

Night Eyes

We went to Blank Park Zoo's Night Eyes with Chris's family a few weekends ago.  I'm not sure I was impressed by it but Brady seemed to have fun and no matter where he's at, he loves being with his cousins!!

Harvest

Last Sunday we made a trip home to watch my dad harvest the beans.  It was Brady's first experience and it was awesome to see him out there in that environment!  However, I think I got more out of it than he did.  :)

Tractor selfie!!

Watching the beans go from the wagon to the auger.

Big tractor wheel!

Watching Papa hook up the wagon to the tractor.

And he fell asleep in the combine while we were riding with my cousin Chris.

Saying "Hi!" to his cousin Thomas as he got out of the combine.

My mom was smart and brought a kite.  This was right before he let go of the handle!

And they are off!

Hanging out with Matthew and Papa.

Grandma getting a picture!  :)
